To be clear, I didn't think duplicating a layer is legal in basic. Adjustment Layers only, normal mode. Is this not correct? |
Anyway by using the HDR Toning in my particular case the other layers I had (curves and hue/sat) where merged. The image was flattened and only one data layer.
So I guess I am fine doing the HDR toning on the Background layer, right?
I wished it was advanced...

Now I see why Mike was always frustrated with Basic challenges. Since we've been spoiled with so many Advanced editing challenges lately, I started to forget what a PITA basic really is. |
