Not an outtake, it's actually my entry but as I uploaded at 1.30am I seem to have uploaded the image I exported for flickr with a copyright on, fairly dumb and got DQ'd!

It is a bit worrying when it is difficult to find a decent photo from a whole months shooting.

I had higher hopes for my entry, but I am never too good at judging my own pictures so no complains!

Entry came a respectable 17th considering it wasn't a FS land/seascape :)

Harvey, your entry received one of my highest votes of the challenge. I thought it was original, unusual and refreshing. I loved the shapes. I think it is superior to the outtakes.

ETA: I had two other potential shots, and I will post them a little later, as I would love commentary on how they would have done vs. my entry.

Very pleased with the finish:

Here are a couple of alternate views of the falls that I was considering.

Thanks Fritz! sorry to only see your reply now, but too many threads watched, not enough time! Post your shots, would like to see them!

Ah, yep that slipped off the radar, LOL! Well, here are the outtakes:

Kind of all a similar theme. It's way past time for discussion of this, but if anyone has any feedback on how any of these compare to my entry, I'd appreciate any/all feedback!

I've tried forever to capture the effect you have in image #1031560 with no success. I prefer it to all the others which are relatively straightforward to capture, with practice. Your actual entry is great and eye catching but I prefer to see prop blur :)
