Okay, so I just got a Yashica-C TLR, takes 120 film.

Got up to shot 12 (last exposure), finished and began to wind film to the end of the roll.

The window showed a red circle and it seemed like the film wasn't winding anymore, so I assumed it would be safe to open.

Anyway I opened it and I saw on the film "EXPOSED". I don't know how much more needed to be wound on, but I shut it again and kept winding, and this time it all wound on and I took the film out.

Does anyone know whether I will lose any/all/some of the exposures?

They're not overly important, it's just a test roll and I'd like to see how this thing works since it's an old camera sold to me in working order.

You saw the paper back. The image already tucked away, on either spool, will be fine. The frame, or overlapping frames, will likely be overexposed to lost. Most of the images will be fine.

Btw, you may be completely safe, as many 120 say exposed on the paper tab which is usually a safe distance from the last frame.

Phew! Okay, great, thank you so much.

I was winding for a while so I was surprised it wasn't finished.

What he said. Rest easy, it's not the end of the world. 35mm film, on the other hand, any part of it that's not back in the canister, you're in a world of hurt there...
