The second full moon in this month of August, 2012, will be a Blue Moon. Photograph a rare event during the Blue Moon of August 2012. This can be the moon itself, but may not be a moon image out of context with earth. (Not an astronomical moon image.) Must be monochrome. (No "blue" moons.) Advanced Editing ruleset.
