It's a big deal. It's getting worse. I think it's wider spread than we think. Some areas are parched. Some areas are drowned. We have the cameras. Let's document this in a photojournalistic way. I suggest something worthy of publication in National Geographic or Life (now defunct) magazine. Minimal editing. (to match what the editors would require)

It is a very intriguing idea. Unfortunately, we have neither. :)
