Has anyone compared Capture one versus Camera Raw for Photoshop? (I use captureone) Is there any advantage to using the photoshop plugin? Just wondering if anyone with a 10D/Canon system have any experience with them and can share on this forum?

I have tried both Capture 1 and the Photoshop CS plug-in for the EOS 300D and prefer Capture 1 - I think its noise performance is superior - although I am using the Rebel 1.3 version, not LE.

How does them look for say, shots of forests? I find that captureone LE sometimes renders the trees in the distance into blurry gobs, while if i use Canon's default conversion process i'll get better results for those cases....

Any new comments on direct comparisons between latest versions?

I can find lots of comparisons between one of these two and RSE or BreezeBrowser or Bibble but not so many direct comparisons between the two.
