Good morning,
The challenge results for Window View have been recalculated. The previous first place winner was disqualified.
Congratulations to UNCLEBRO, heida and leaf on their new 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishes.

Let's keep this in perspective guys. The DQd photos were not entered maliciously; it seemed to fall within the scope of the rules. They've all been candid about their methods, so it's not like they were trying to slip one by you or anything.
To say they're not 'real' photographers is both uncalled for and downright rude. I agree with the result, and I applaud the new, and yes - rightful - winners, but let's all slowly climb down off of our high and mighty perches and get a grip.

Kudos to Pedro for articulating my thoughts on this matter too..... I certainly hold both the DQd photographers in high regard.... lets not get too carried away here.

I beg to differ on one case... Without mentioning his name as it HAS been dragged around a lot lately, one of the two has posted THREE shady shots, then when called out on the third time, retracted his comments. That doesn't seem a little pre-meditated? |

not if the site was allowing his previous shots to remain. which at the time was the case. Now that the rules are clearer, further entries like them can be lambasted at will ;) |
