I ordered a mounted 20X30 metallic print and it arrived with one corner slightly bent. I took a snapshot, sent it in, the next day FedEx delivers a new fresh print, overnight delivery, no charge. Awesome customer service, and the print turned out great BTW. I'm a happy camper. I don't have to send the bent one back. |

I had the same experience with them last year - metallic print, ink bled on one of the prints, took an image and emailed it to them, they FedEx'd one right over.
I will say that it'd be easier on both them and their customers if they brought their quality control up to the standards of their customer service. :)
