How delightful! My Strength entry has just earned a Personal Best in terms of comments received -- 26. I realize that's not even close to the site record, but it means a lot to me! This particular entry is fascinating to track, because it's a bit of a stretch for the topic (to viewers, not to me -- lol) and seemingly people love the photograph but most don't see the connection. So my score is hovering in the mid 5's...which is probably just where it belongs given the stretch. Probably would jump a full point under a different theme.

Anyway, thanks to all who've commented!

Way to go boomer! It's always nice to get personal bests. I've now been involved in 5 challenges and finally broke a voting average of 5... It's [i]just/[i] over 5 but nevertheless; a new personal record!

What a great day - I think I'll close my office door and do the snoopy dance!

Ah yes, the snoopy dance! Love it! Did one the other day when one of my commenters said my entry was her pick for the blue ribbon! No one ever said that before.

Now I'm sitting here with a new dilemma. The DRebel is available right now at amazon.com for just under $900 WITH the kit lens and no tax.. Do I take the plunge now, or wait a few months to see what happens to prices and/or maybe a new model? Hmmmm.....

Of course, I have no disposable income. But my Citibank card just upped my credit limit without me even asking! (The line is so high now I could practically charge a down payment on a house, if I were that foolish!)

No disposable income eh? Oh well, I guess you can pay the Mastercard back with all the profit you will make taking photos with the D Rebel... :)

Again, my lucky model, how can I work her into the Where you live challenge? :)

got 27 as of now...and a comment, with just one word ...Yuckkk!!! (with exclamation point) maybe because they dont like my submission. Thanks anyway.

I have a hard time marking something like that "helpful" because, frankly, it isn't very helpful. I can accept that someone would find my entry "yucky" but that's not helpful -- telling me how to make it "unyucky" is.
