Heck, I have no clue what to call this.
It looks like the little clip that locks the cord on clothing (such as a hoodie/sweatshirt). You push it down, pull on the cord to tighten it, then let go of the clip to lock it. |

Whoa! I didn't even think that would be close. I just looked at it and thought "That would hold a towel if you stuck it in the notch."
