My annual renewal to DPC notice said I had until May 5th to renew. This will make 7 years I have been here. While I have learned a lot, I have learned most of all that I am merely an average photographer who lacks the skills and understanding to stand out like the big guns here. Still, I went ahead an renewed my membership. Guess I just like the site.

This place is just too hard to stay away from.

Ditto.. Altho, you have gotten several top 5 shots and scores above 7.... You're better than a 'merely average photographer'. I'm glad that you decided to hang out with the rest of us 'wanna be's'... :D |

Thanks but really, I average only a 5.5 here, and have only two ribbons, and only 2 in top 5. It's ok, having fallen into the mediocre category only mirrors all aspects of my life.
