This is my first digital photo upload. Whaddya think?

very pretty. interesting the way the petals are arranged. a bit more focus on the center (smaller aperature maybe?) would be nice.
look forward to seeing more.

I think the blurred background is intentional. Some of the flower isn't as sharp as it could have been though. A slightly smaller aperture would have helped fix that. Using a tripod or some other type of rest would help also.
