Love the pictures of the lake Karen!
Wish it was nice weather here. I wanted to go outside but it rained most the day. |

Superbe compositions Karen, verry well done, tones and everything is perfect, I am a bit curious how would the first 2 look with a bit stronger contrasts, but other than that they are perfect to me. Congratulations! |

Great shots. If I could suggest, I would crop stealth so as to disclude all of the cat's details besides it's black head. Very well done. Good work here.

I think Quiet Moment is the strongest (and should have been squeezed into some challenge or other.) I couldn't quiet understand Stealth's pink background and how it fit, so, maybe a little less DOF there?

Yes that one is incredible, wonder if they are real ducks or stuffed ones :)) (kidding) That's a perfect shot. |

thanks everyone!
the pink behind the cat is a red house next door. my cat was in the window.. sorta unavoidable, but I agree with you.
I tried tighter crops, but lost the feel of the image. Is there a crop to suggest that might make it stronger?
LOL - yup, guess I could have tried to squeeze something into serendipity... oh well. I had fun "shooting for myself" :)
Thanks again for the input. It has been a while since I've been able to take some shots, and I guess it was seredipitous (HEHE) to have gotten out at all - so now I feel like a winner. :D

All three are fantastic. I like quiet moment the best, perhaps. |
