Not an exact guess, but construction looks like part of a Mac computer system that I have never seen before.

both are close. it's not a speaker port though.
this was part of the design on a certain series. just name the series.

Macintosh G4 MDD (Mirrored Drive door) Also known as the "G4 Wind Tunnel"for being the loudest version of the G4 tower.

M8750 G4 aka the "windtunnel" macs because of the loud fan aka "MDD" for the Mirrored Drive Doors aka "DDR" for their DDR motherboard architecture.
Also M9145 or M9309 model numbers had the same case. |

It's off of a MDD with Dual 1.25ghz processors. And yeah, it's definitely loud.
