I guess its my turn to "brag" a little. Sure, its not a prestigious magazine or a calendar the public will buy, but still I had 3 photos "published" recently...
I took publicity shots for the local theatre group and these were placed in the newspaper
(thanks to those who offered suggestions, especially  tanguera for her suggestion of shooting from up high:
 
Then, I got the following photo published in our town's spring magazine. Here is a scanned image of the cover:
Its just nice to open a newspaper or a magazine and say "hey, that's mine". :) |

It's always nice when your passion for photography gets noticed and publicized.

| I've had one each month so far in the local wrag about 300k readers, it's funny and good feeling. 1 was a girl who'd fallen while climbing in the peaks and the helicopter rescue then this month it was a band shot ohh wonder if I can continue it next month :) |
