At my company, it is expressly forbidden to photograph, video, or audio record another employee without their knowledge. It can and will get you fired.

Actually I think legally you are allowed to record yourself. So if you are having sex with her, as long as you are in the shots, then I think you still own them. You just can't release them without a model release! Hence why people don't get sued for leaking sex tapes...they get sued for recording other people taking of their clothes through hotel keyholes. |

Actually I think legally you are allowed to record yourself. So if you are having sex with her, as long as you are in the shots, then I think you still own them. It varies from state to state. Some states require "dual consent" which means both people have to know. |

There can be no consent without foreknowledge, and AFAIK "having sex" with someone without their consent is rape in most jurisdictions in the "civilized" world.

Sheesh, I'm usually pretty good with my spelling and grammar, but it seems like every time I make a mistake I get called on it while it seems like nobody else does. :-(
Anyhow... I threw in the racism thing as that seems to pop up for no good reason sometimes. Thought I'd give it a shot. :-D

Let me explain why I do that.
It's because you are arguably the foremost jokester and trick-player and all-around cutup on DPC, so I feel like it's perfectly OK to have fun with you/at your expense, it's all part of the game I perceive you as playing. With some people, I wouldn't dare have fun with stuff like this because they'd get all bent out of shape, and who needs that?
I never expected that you, Slippy-the-master-jokester, would be offended by any of this. My apologies if I have offended you. I'll be perfectly happy to leave you alone if that's what you need, but geesh... I actually thought we LIKED each other and have a little fun taking jabs :-(
