Yup, it looks like around 14:30 UT, but the arrival time may be off by as much as 7 hours. The current auroral oval can be seen on spaceweather.com. If you're within about 200km of the edge of the oval, you may be able to see auroras.
Based on the arrival time, those in Canada and northern tier US states may have a good opportunity. I hope we get some clear skies here, it's looking a little dicey.

It's here... looks like arrival was around 15:00 UT, a couple hours early. The auroral oval is expanding. Probably not many DPCers will have great seats to this one. Perhaps far southern NZ, high latitudes in parts of Asia and maybe far northern EU if it lasts long enough.
ETA: Apparently there have been sightings in the northern UK.
