I've reinstalled all my software and still have a couple of issues. Although I used my SEP2 last night and it was fine, today it's refusing to work. It opens just fine, works just fine, then when I click ok it just closes and does not do anything at all. It doesn't convert to b/w in either the same layer or in a new layer. I've tried playing with the settings, opened and closed CS5 a couple of times, but it just won't work...
Any ideas? |

| Visit the website - there was a recent update; if you haven't already had it, the install may fix the issue. |

It was giving me the update message before the switch bet it hasn't come up on the new pc. worth a try. thx |
