Happy Anniversary DPC. It has been over 7 years for me although I didn't enter for the first 2 years. Langdon and the crew, I think you have all done an amazing job and I think it is now time to bring in the Photographer of the Year for every year here on in. Langdon I sent you an email suggesting how this could be run fairly so everyone had a chance at winning this title. I think it would be a highly sort after title that members would be honoured to have.
Anyways...party on dudes!!

| I honestly do not remember how I found DPC, I wasn't terribly interested in photography at the time, but somehow I managed to get hooked. It has been quite the journey and here I am now nearly eight years later with a small photography business on the side of my regular day job as an engineer. I attribute almost everything I have learned about photography to DPC and its unique members. I try to pay it forward the best I know. |

Been here for 9 years now and cannot imagine life without DPC. A wonderful community of the very talented and not so talented (me!) folks who have helped me become a better photographer. Not just a photography site but a place where people have helped each other in so many ways. There are many people on here that I have never met but count them as very dear friends.
A special thank you to all the SC, where would we be without you?
Last, but not least, a big thank you to  Langdon - I know we moan a lot but we are very grateful for what you have created.

| I still think my first submission in 2005 was misunderstood and should have at least been top 10 ;) |
