I feel like the girl and her horse are way too bright for the sky background. The sky was shot from the same position just north and not west as the girl was shot. I tried a lot of ways to bring down the luminosity on her and the horse, and really wasn't satisfied with any of my results. Levels, curves, exp, all seemed to get murky before I got the tone I was looking for.
Sooo Suggestions, and Advice??
Thanks ....Katie
Also I think her face looks plastic just went in and tried some more stuff and kept making her face look worse "plastic"

do you have the original uncropped anywhere?
it feels to tightly cropped for me and look like its superimposed onto the sky, maybe put the orignal up and other could edit it and post its somewhat easier than just describing it?

i had similar edits to arts two i felt the angle of the shot, square on and a solid sky background didnt work
unless she was on a cliff etc or plateu from that angle id expect something other than very bright blue sky in the background
