am i allowed to duplicate my base layer apply a gaussian blur and then haphazardly erase parts i want crisp to show through, not a whole lot just enough to draw the eye to my subject more?
under advanced editing rules. |

Yes.
The only thing to watch out for is that the blur, where used, not utterly obliterate whatever was there.

| thanks, just out of curiosity, would pseudo-tilt shift be allowed in advanced? isn't it kind of the same thing? |
