OK I know the title doesn't do justice so I will explain. Years ago in the news paper, this recipe columnist had a recipe in the paper....that my mom clipped out because it looked interesting. (not that she would ever cook this)....Ok I am sure everyone has heard of a Turduckin...( Turkey stuffed with a duck stuffed with a chicken ) They are absolutely wonderful. Anyway this recipe is a little more tricky. Are you ready for it...

OK I need a medium sized camel....a large sheep......and 25 chickens....

The chickens and sheep I can get, however there is no-one than can get a camel here in Louisiana.

Having been in the middle east I have had camel meat and it is good. I love the taste...Anyway that is my holiday recipe that I can't cook because of lack of ingredients.

As my grandmother used to say: "A poor excuse is better than none!"
Good luck with the dead camel.

Why not scale down to a Sheep, a Suckling Pig, and a few Chickens? Call it Shpiggen?
