Anybody own or have experience with the GoPro?

More Information

I am thinking of asking for this for Christmas. It apparently shoots super high quality video and can take 10 frames a second for photography. Plus the fact thatt it is super water and shock proof and you can get awesome perspectives.
It looks SO awesome, and for only 299, seems like a great deal.

But I want to hear a bit more about it, since I just barely discovered it and don't know anybody that has any previous experience with it.
Anybody heard of it?

I have the cheap version of the Gopro it was like $99.00 Pretty durable we use it for longboarding and strapping to the boards or to the helmet. You can find tons of video from them on youtube. Its a 180 degree fisheye lens so you get the sensation of speed when you use it. The pro version is only better in respects to its abailities so its only a plus.
