| I had EOS utilities install on my computer but then somehow the drive letter changed and I couldn't run them. I deleted all of the old reg entries and tried reinstalling but I can't get the installer to launch on either my G11 disc nor my T1i disc. Any ideas? |

I have a problem myself with the Windows installer. Those applications that use their own installer package work just fine. What Windows are you using and what specifically happens when you try to install?

| Good questions. I am on XP Pro, I get an hour glass for a few seconds and then it stops. Took off fine on my other XP system and it loaded fine once on this one. |
