Hi everyone, I'm just writing to introduce myself here on the forums. My name is Dave and I'm a enthusiast looking to make a career in photography. I started out about four years ago when I bought my first dSLR, the Nikon D60. I consumed everything and anything I could learn and even confined myself to a small room to read the manual! Quickly outgrowing the D60, I graduated to the D90 and recently bought a back-up D80 body. I'm interested in a wide-range of genres and techniques, and having seen some of the outstanding images on DPChallenge, I had to sign up! I look forward to taking part!

I'm in the process of sorting my website/blog/flickr account and getting a proper portfolio together. I will definitely be uploading some on here shortly though :D
And I'll watch out for this 'slippy' character... lol |

Welcome Pixel. Watch out for Slippy, Art, Grog and the guy who builds fruit canons. Oh, and beware of Wendy as well, just because I don't want her to feel left out.

I just don't want you to sic your hordes of trained rabid squirrels on me. They were watching me from the trees this evening. I think they wanted my bike.
