ok so yeah i'm not gonna complain about cooking dinner anymore.....just don't make me do that!!!

Yes, let's weigh that decision. On one hand we have making dinner. On the other hand we have hanging off the face of a 550 foot obelisk by a piece of silly string and a harness that was probably recalled last week (okay, added for dramatic effect). Hmmmmmm...what to do...what to do. LOL.

These are the same people that go rappel down a sheer mountain side on their vacation. ;P

LOL...yup...and it used to be common to build big majestic buildings on top of hills to house them so they couldn't hurt themselves or others. Hehehe.

Don't worry, it's only the last 20 feet that kill you. The other 530 are really just window dressing...

Aluminum, the most precious metal known to man (at the time) seems it was more like the price of silver.

Here is an article detailing how and why it was made of Aluminum which was NOT the first choice or metal.

It wasn't there when I first posted the photo link, but now at the bottom of the page there is a video showing the inside of the W.M. and the people inside during the quake.
