I got a 4.6 on this image in the time challenge. My guess would have been a 5 or something close.
I was wondering if everyone saw the subject standing out? If so, did you mark higher or lower because of it?

I couldn't help noticing it and looked all over around the clock to find where this part of the shadow came from. Couldn't find it. I didn't let it play a role in my vote.

Lol....I was hoping more voters wood give me a bigger score but I guess they couldn't get over the shortcomings.

Validation? I wouldn't think there's a reason to request a validation.
It is clear that you've managed to hide it well behind the clock and, by the angle the photograph has been taken, is shows in the shadow but not in the "real" part.
