I tried to renew my membership on July 26. I wanted it done in time so I could enter the FS. I paid via PayPal but there was an error on DPC. I have the email from paypal showing that they were paid via credit card. I contacted DPC twice and received the immediate email acknowledging my request but I still haven't received a response. I sent an email to an individual SC member but no response yet. Has anyone else had this problem?

Haven't had the problem, but the individual SC member, whomever it may be, probably won't be able to do anything beyond trying to alert Langdon.

I'm assuming you sent an administrative ticket?

Make sure you select the "Administrative Inquiry" option under this menu choice. The Admin Tickets go directly to Langdon, while the General Inquiry tickets go to the SC.

I just resent it under administrative instead of general. Hopefuly, this gets a response.

Finally got my problem solved. Langdon sent me a message saying he doesn't know what happend. He saw my payment but my membership didn't get updated so he fixed it. Snaffles, I hope you get yours fixed.

Thanks for the heads-up, Bob, haven't checked email yet, but will do so. The membership in my case wasn't actually for me but a renewal for someone else.

Uhm well the membership I am paying for is supposed to expire tonight and the member in question has an entry in voting. Just sent Langdon another Admin ticket, hope it gets taken care of soon.

Even if a membership has expired, images legitimately entered or already in voting continue to be valid entries. So no worries.
