I like the new edit better...the eye is great...drawn right to it, if you want to do a different edit...you might try to pull some of the yellow tint of the mane...but it is fab as is...I like this one better, because of the bright spot in the background on the other edit is a bit distracting.
good luck :)

I still much prefer the white one, squared-off ... seems much more dramatic to me.

I agree 100% of the square crop
And in losing some of the yellow and some of the color in general
and on getting the background of to be of the same tone
and moving the color towards white.

This is what I got from the comments and the private messages . Big thanks guys you are a great help.

So I retouched the final edit, but I have to keep detail they (judges) love details and that is what they will be looking for.

I hope this on is better

PABLO NERUDA
‘Horses’:

I saw, I saw, and seeing, I came to life.
There was the unwitting fountain, the dance of gold, the sky,
the fire that sprang to life in beautiful things.
I have obliterated that gloomy Berlin winter.
I shall not forget the light from these horses.

Tareq,

Thank you for sharing with us the light of these magnificent desert Arabians.

I wish I had more time to comment in this thread, but I left my thoughts on the last image for whatever that may be worth. ;-)

I really thank everyone who gave me advice in this regard. I'm using this photo for my second entry.

Help is needed again, what do you guys think.

The contest allows three entries in the race. I have one more, for third entry, but I may be using it for my July Free Study.

So I do not think it'd ethical to show it.

You can put it in your Workshop folder and post a text link to it (rather than a thumbnail) here, and then ask that anyone who looks at it to offer contest advice not vote on it in the Free Study.

This is to be my third entry for the contest, and I am using it for my July free study as well, so if you are not voting in the July FS please give me your opinion. Third entry

These are my second and first entries

I still have 3 days to do any necessary editing.

Thanks everyone.

Tareq
