If you are looking for a new camera bag, Amazon has these Caselogic camera backpacks as their gold box deal of the day today for $49 and $55 (USD)

It gets sort of like the thing women have with buying purses, doesn't it? Always looking for the perfect one.

Anyone have the 308 sling bag? That looks interesting to me, but I particularly need one to fit my 70-200 F2.8 VRII, the 24-70 F2.8, the 18-200 or 28-300, my Sigma 10-20, and my Nikon Fisheye. If it also fit my macro lens, that would be icing on the cake :

Main worry is the 70-200...it's too big for my Velocity 7 bag (just); not to mention the 7 can only carry 2 extra lenses and that's a tight fit.

I really like my Lowepro slingshot, but have changed over to a Clik Elite Probody Sport as my usual bag, because it has a compartment and hose routing for a Camelbak. An important thing for the Texas summers. Main compartment opening is not as wide as I would prefer and it took some creativity with dividers to get it to my satisfaction. I would think camera bags with provision for hydration would be as easy to find as those with laptop compartments, but very few makers think of it.

No, but I have the other one and it would have plenty of room for that you listed. I can place my 7D with the 70-300 lens on it in the top. The 70-300 also fits fine in the case as an extra lens. I bought this bag before my trip to Italy and I think it is the photographers perfect day bag.
