That thread has been lock within a few minutes of it appearing. It isn't clear to me why.
I have been asked several questions, could I be allowed to answer them please? |

Probably because your post seems like more of a troll post, and right out of the box you imply that your "idea" was stolen and that there is no way he came up with that on his own.
He didn't steal your photo, and there is nothing special about the location. I've seen a photo EXACTLY like both of your taken before either of you, so I could AUTOMATICALLY assume that BOTH of you stole it from that person.
I'm giving both of you the benifit of the doubt as its probably the EXACT same picture I would take if I was to happen upon this landmark... |

Certainly wasn't a troll post. I was and am genuinely surprised. Could you direct me to the picture you say is "EXACTLY like both of your" ?
I'm sure they must exist but I've never seen one.
Two things surprise me: one is the obvious similarity and the other is the timing.
Surely no-one is suggesting this picture is published on the net every four weeks? When was the last time? There was mine in January and this one just after in March. So when was the last one before that?

If your suggestion is that Redmoon saw your shot and thought 'I'll do that for myself' then please come right out and say so. If you think that it's an extraordinary co-incidence, and you're just pointing up that fact, please say that. The we can all forget about it again.

I don't see how that would help you E or anyone else.
I've given you the facts. It's up to you what you make of them.
I repeat, if anyone can tell me when similar photographs appeared in competions on the net, mine in January and his in February (not March as I mistakenly said earlier) then I, and I'm sure, Redmoon would be interested.
Presumably Redmoon doesn't know of one or he wouldn't have published his. So to come wthin a few weeks must be surprising in anyone's book. |
