Did you notice; the couple who sued BofA for foreclosing on their house didn't even have a mortgage.
Didn't we bail out the banks to the tune of some hundreds of billions of dollars? And they still screw it up (always in their favor it seems) far more than they get it right.

Great outcome! But how did a bank even try to foreclose on someone who didn't have a mortgage??? Weird.
