Hey guys I have been making a few video tutorials and wanted to pass them along here.
Use Aperture Instead of Photoshop
Dark Style using Multiply blending mode
Selective Desaturation using Apple ApertureDigital Workflow.

If you guys watch maybe you could give me some criticism or tips, or even requests :)

that "Dark style" tutorial is really good. i've just lately been discovering layer masks and how wonderful they are. i also love using the black/white adjustment layer and using the tinting, then going back and adjusting the opacity for that layer and using a mask to define where exactly you want the tint on the image.

In terms of the dodging and burning in your dark style video - that is the way high end retouchers (like well respected Natalia Taffarel) do their D&B work too. I highly recommend that people use this rather then destructive editing on the original.
In terms of your spot healing tool work in the same tutorial check out this frequency seperation method ( //www.youtube.com/watch?v=dMyaeZmkZD8 ) for better control and a full PS action can be downloaded here: //www.modelmayhem.com/po.php?thread_id=439098&page=1#post9585669 on the first page of the thread.
