Yes, good point. If you happen to travel over a knoll or into the forest and can no longer see your house that could be deemed a DNMC, and might very well be grounds for a DQ. Hmmmmm....please be careful out there fellow DPC'ers. ;)

Robert, your post just turned some gears in my head (very painful I might add) and I had this vision of a restricted distance AND real time challenge which would literally have to be a minimal SOOC challenge.
Wouldn't be cool if we all had wireless networks with either an EYE-Fi card or a wireless transmitter either natively part of our cameras or in a camera grip for instance where we were restricted to the distance our networks covered and we were able to upload photos in real time to DPC for minimal and literally a speed challenge. That would be really cool and interesting.
Of course the logistics of that would probably never come to fruition, but as I said...my gears were turning and that whole scenario popped into my head. I suppose you could also have your camera tethered to a laptop and connect to your network that way bypassing the need for an Eye-Fi card or wireless transmitter. LOL.

1 foot = 0.3048 meters
327 feet x (0.3048 meters/ft.) = 99.6696 meters |
