I think you mean you can be DQ'd for breaking the editing rules, but not for failing to meed the challenge description. |

| So we drove up to the Pocono Mountains early this morning. I brought the camera and thought I'd get a lovely sunrise picture in the mountains. Instead, it poured down rain at what would have been sunrise, then kept up a steady drizzle rain all day. And it was freezing & I forgot to bring a jacket. What a wasted day (for me anyway, not for hubby who is now offically pit road security for Pocono raceway for the Nascar races this year). |

Is it still snowing, Richard? My son is heading Colorado way from sunny South Africa and I was wondering what kind of weather he can expect. |

Same here...not snow, but cloudy weather and rain. The flower field I shot this same time last year (May 13th 2010), has now only just began to show some buds. Very late spring here.........

Highly variable weather now. Periods of clearing followed by snowstorms and rain. I did see some blue sky this morning. We're having a snow shower right now. Forecast is better starting on Sunday. |

I went looking for flowers in meadows today, as the snow has melted quickly on south facing slopes. I think I'll be able to find some flowers locally by Tuesday. I remember your great flower/field images from last year. They were a joy to view. |

My way early for the challenge shot.
And I was invited to go to the Fl Keys this weekend for Mahi and Snapper fishing, but it was short notice and I could not go. : P
It's begun raining here daily again, so, just maybe, tomorrow or Monday will be the day.
