I did not understand your post because your use of the word "rules" is incorrectly used in this case.
The rules that I am referencing are the editing rules. The challenge theme and description, and how well a photo meets those, is an entirely different thing.
There are no rules as to whether a photo must meet the challenge description or not. It is the obligation of the viewers/ voters to determine that.

On my recent Queen challenge entry, this comment was placed by your buddy about you.
His insinuation is that you are communicating with others about image authorship. I won't guess your motive.
eta: Seems like this was an Exclusive Open Challenge, on which you could vote.

Hahn...What are you doing? Who is the "WE" in "we took him at his word." If you freaking believe that Rugman1969 knows what images are yours...tells me and then I adjust my vote, you are crazy.
Several posts later you post a comment I made on your Queen entry (after the challenge) saying Rugman told me this was yours... to "prove" that Rugman and I are together trying to vote you down OR up.
This is totally CRAZY...all those were posted in FUN. Did your "WE" take my comment that "Rugman1969 has a not so secret GAS weapon" at face value and call the seals on me?
I can't be sure, but I'm willing to bet that you opened a ticket with SC complaining that Rug and I are up to something sinister.
Oh well...I thought by joking around, you and I were breaking some ice, but I see that's not possible.
I can tell you right now...I purposely don't vote as high on images I see over and over and over...such as water drops, flowers and yes [DELETED]....I don't screw them with a 1, but I vote it lower in relation to something different of similar quality in any given challenge. I also change my vote MANY times during a challenge as I get to photos that are BETTER or WORSE than the ones I already voted on.

Slowly but steadily heading down. Thought this was a very strong shot that would stay over a 6, but most of the people voting now are apparently meh about it. Got some very positive comments and a fave, however, so I know it's good. Just not to everyone's preferences.
