It will arrive in the mail on Thursday, and I am excited. I did a lot of research...I am into video almost as much as taking still photos...it seems like the perfect fit for me! I made money this year with my Panasonic LX3 and video work, and plan to keep doing the same with the GH2. It is an amazing camera that allows you to use many of your old 35mm camera lenses and digital lenses too...the video is outstanding. I always work in raw, and that is suggested for still photography. The Panasonic LX3 has been one of my favorite cameras to use for the past three years...I am already invested in 4 thirds equipment ( Olympus) so the micro 4 thirds seemed like a good fit for me! I think I will be one of three people in DP with this camera now!!!

Yes I`m one of the three ;-)
Due to the fact that it is my first "serious" camera and I am a beginner I`m really overwhelmed about the great array of functions. But the handling and the menu settings are fast to learn and logically arranged.
My problem is actually that I focus more on the technology instead of the motif.
I like the camera and practice as much as I have time.

The camera is coming on Monday now..the package requires a signature, and no one can be here because of work. ALso, the lens I ordered won't be coming until Monday either and I'm working straight through till Mother's Day ( florist shop!!). I am enraptured tho...by a different happening...my first grandchild was born yesterday!!
