I was going to send a thank you through PM, but realized that wasn't enough, so decided to make it public.

You were on FIRE with your comments on the sadness challenge. I went to your comments page and literally saw paragraph after paragraph after paragraph. And then I kept going back through your commenting history and realized what a great contribution you are making to people who are fumbling through the beginning stages of photography. Thank you SO much for that. That takes so much effort and simply shows that you care. Your comment on my sadness photo is probably the most useful one I've received since I started entering challenges. I've read it over at least 10 times now.

Thank you for being a fantastic DPC member and congrats on your recent win! :D
Hoping to get to know you better in the future!

Agree with kichu completely. A few minute ago I sent Johanna this message:

Hi Johanna,
your comment to my SAD image was strangely accurate:

What a cool image!!! Doesn't say sad to me, but makes me want to stop and explore. Looks like an illustration for a modern edition of Poe poems.

I was on the very street where Poe lived, but it's not his house!
Actually it was a very cold night for April and I was a bit under the weather and T.S.Eliot's poem came to my mind.

I can't imagine what I'd learn if I received more critiques like that.

All I can say is that I am honored and humbled by the appreciative mention. I do what I can to help and love looking at what others create.
