Presumably 1953, when only a few hundred were built? My uncle actually had one of these, and it was supposed to come to me. But his wife sold it when he was institutionalized with Early Alzheimers, way back in the mid-80's. Some guy heard about it, knocked on her door, and offered her $500 for a car she considered to be "useless" (as she put it when I said "WHYYYYYY?").

Sigh.

Good shot. But it's actually the 1983 corvette. Only 40 some were built, and none were released to the public.

ETA: Damn, that really sucks Bear.

All were destroyed but one which is still owned by GM and it resides in a museum.

I got most correct. I didn't know what kind of animal Pogo was, and didn't know where the expression "doozy" originated. Other than those two I knew the rest without having to look them up.

Me, too. I got 1, 2, 4, 6 and 7.
- I guessed wrong for the Chevy.
- I couldn't remember Pat Garrett's name. All I could think of was "... that coward who shot him in the back..." or was that someone else?
- I had heard Pogo was an opossum, but had forgotten.
- Doozy - had no idea whatsoever!

I missed the first because I thought it was Contra. The rest I got.

Bob Ford was famous for shooting Jesse James in the back, Billy may or may not have been armed when Pat Garrett shot him from the shadows with a rifle. But He was shot in the front.
