I'm just about to submit a photo to the Bokeh challenge but I want to flip the image horizontally as I prefer the lines to go left to right rather than right to left. Is this legal under the advanced editing rules? The closest rule says you can "crop, rotate and resize your entry" but there doesn't seem to be anything about Photoshop's 'flip canvas horizontal' tool. I would guess this would be ok, but I just thought i'd check first.
thanks,
Bill.
