Argh! I keep thinking and double thinking and triple thinking best of 2010! I've actually entered one that other people like better. I really don't, and I'm getting sick of it the more I try to improve it. I have others I like better. I hate that they gave you this long to submit!!!

I think DPC is having a commenting renaissance right now and if y'all don't mind, I'd like to start giving out Yappies. Anyone can pm me with nominations.

My idea is that the Yappie will be given out for comments in a particular challenge, so people can get multiple Yappies, but I will most likely spread them out.

I try to think of the topic of this type of challenge (Free Study) as "the picture you most want others to see" and not necessarily the "best photo" I've taken.

My granddaughter managed to snag my camera strap from off the server in my dining room and slam my camera down about 2 feet to the hardwood floor. The camera seems to be working but the lens (28-135) keeps sticking at about 70mm and can't seem to auto focus (though manual focus works). I think I'm going to have to start saving for a new lens. Anyone have any idea at all what it costs to fix something like this?

O, Kelli, that sucks. I wish I could offer some advice, but I've (cross fingers) never had to do that.
