Should advanced editing (specifically motion blur filter) not be discouraged this time ?

I was thinking the same thing ... I guess we'll just have to see how it turns out :-)

Well there is only one entry right now, so rules could still be changed without too much effort.

Just to end this thread : I see the challenge description has been extended to include the requirement that the blur should be achieved in camera.
