No.....you said "quite" rare, not relatively, and I wasn't just speaking of my own experiences, simply qualifying it as legit from my own history. I have heard of similar things, enough so that it doesn't fit my concept of "quite rare".
I certainly never stated in any manner that it's the rule......sheesh!
