Where can I get one? My nose is running like a leaky faucet.

60cc's (enough for 3 gargle and swallows) of Lemon juice and salt, stirred up well, gargled and swallowed. 2-3 times a day. Very good for the sore throat and cough and cold. Also gives you extra Vit C. I know it is tough as hell to do, but it works well for me.
an old Native American trick for sinus congestion (problems) and/or runny nose. 1 teaspoon of pure horseradish under the tongue, close your mouth and breath through your nose. That'll clear out anything!

its quite possible you'll be puking instead after those treatments.

try the Zicam swabs - they are just zinc - no medicine, and make a big difference...

i've heard about some bad side effects of zicam, something about losing some minor senses, like taste and/or smellâ€Â¦ - don't know if it's true or not... oh well, it will go away by itself i hope...
