Thanks. I'll see if it works this time. |

A "re-request" was sent, and apparently you did not get it. :(
(to all users) If you have comcast, they periodically flag dpc as spam. With some others, you may have to manually/deliberately "allow" mail from dpc. It is impossible for us to know if you don't get it (it happens) or if you are just ignoring it (that has happened as well). |
Note that (by request of the users) that there is now an "in-house" mail system within DPC -- there should be a PM inbox in the left column below "site news" and above the "image search" box.
Even if PMs are getting blocked by your ISP a copy should show up there. I suppose it is possible that the "submit original" requests go through a separate system than the regular PMs -- if so, that should be fixed. |

The requests do not go through PM. You are right -- this should be fixed. |

Definitely. Still some technical glitches to correct;
So what your saying, is that it's ok for me to resubmit my photo via this mail system for validation... right? :) |

LaMas: got your re-submission, but there's still a problem -- replied to your PM with further details. If you don't get that note, let me know and I will post here. |

This is the reason I switched to my own domain a long time ago. I got tired of others doing the filtering..now..much better control.

How about complaining to Comcast about their blocking important messages from a legitimate business with which you are a registered customer?
It seems that the responsibility is with your ISP to quit interfering with your business transactions ... if there are enough of you who have suffered damages because of blocked emails from legitimate senders, perhaps you could consider mentioning the idea of a class-action suit ... |

Get a gmail account & forward your stuff. I have comcast and have had verizon in the past. Verizon never let anything through. Anyway, the email that I always have open is outlook and I forward both my comcast & gmail through there. |

When you say you sent in two emails from the contact/help, are you referring to tickets. I looked and we have responded to each of them -- if you have sent in recent ones, did you send them to "administrative inquiry" because Site Council does not see them.
As far as another way to email, you gave us the comcast.com address. If you want us to email you a different way, we will need another address. :)

Thanks karmat. I knew something was wrong. In all the years I've been here even on the silly request you guys respond. I'm going to get on Comcast. This has happen several times through out the years here with Comcast. If they can't get it right I'll switch to a Yahoo email or something.....Thanks again :-)
