I am new to LR3 (lots of CS5 photoshop and bridge experience and trying LR3 to see if it will help my workflow more than bridge)

I have a black and white action and a sepia action in CS5. I normally batch process my images from bridge in 3 goes, one with normal, one applying the b+w action and one applying the sepia action ... I can't see how to do that in LR3

Ideally I think I'd want to apply it when publishing (in this case to zenfolio) as one of the advantages I can see of LR3 is that I would not end up with the raw file plus 3 full res edits of each image

Any ideas?

it took me a little to get used to understanding the differences between PS actions and LR presets - they are both similar and different. even though you can do a lot of things with presets that you would do with PS actions, the key difference is that presets are specific configurations of various processes that can be applied to an image and actions are essentially recordings of edit steps that also allow access to all the PS menu options.

i have not used it yet, but what you want to research the Post-Processing options at the bottom of the Export dialog. at the moment i'm still using bridge to run some post-post-processing actions on my exported images (i prefer my own watermarking actions to the watermarking mechanism in LR).
