I am using these lens at the moment
Sigma 10-20mm f/4-5.6 EX DC HSM for Canon
Canon EF 50mm f/1.8 II
Canon EF-S 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6 II
Canon EF-S 55-250mm f/4-5.6 IS
My goal is to do better Extreme Macro picture
and Studio Photoshoot
What lens should i get ? or extension or reversing ring with another lens ?

Easy answer :)
Find a 100mm f/2.8 macro (non-L / IS) lens...
Great for studio work (especially on the 5D), and does incredible macros like this one:
And on the even more extreme end, here's a housefly's eye..
ETA: It's also one of the sharpest lenses I've ever used, quite an all-around killer IMO.

+1 on the 100mm 2.8. I don't yet have one, but it's on my wish list.

| yep, another vote for the 100mm f2.8, great macro and will be great portrait lens with your 50mm |

personally I'd stick with the 50mm, it's a great portrait lens and will be much sharper than 18-125 .... and you certainly don't need IS for a studio |

I have the Tokina 100mm f/2.8 macro (for Nikon). Gives really good results for less $$ than camera manufacturers lens. Here is a shot of a ladies watch movement (watch is about 3/4 inch diameter) taken with that lens
I have more shots listed on the DPC equipment page for the Tokina lens, but most are not extreme macro shots. It is a fairly versatile lens (as would be the Canon 100mm macro). Also, the Tamron 90mm is supposed to be a very good macro lens.
