Canon USA has not posted this on their site yet, for unknown reasons, but it can be downloaded from Canon Europe.

Biggest improvement (for me anyway) is the inclusion of a quick "Quick Check" feature which allows you to quickly review your images, flipping through the previews with the cursor keys and rating them with the check marks or star ratings. They have also added the choice of an unsharp mask adjustment in additon to the previous sharpening pattern. They also moved the rotate image buttons. I actually preferred the previous placement, but I'll get used to it. There may be some other additions I have not found yet.
