Not to downplay Janine's coffee, but,where the soul is? is telekinesis something possible ? why I'll never win a ribbon?

Stop using your PC no later than 9 pm - go to bed no later than 11:30 pm and get up 7 am 21 days in a row (including weekends) and I'll guarantee it will become a habit and that you'll sleep well. After that you can stay up late on the weekends without jeopardizing the schedule.
Hmmm - sounds so convincing I might try it myself!
