More to the point, why are you frustrated? Have you had your op, or has it been postponed? Hope you are still able to stay positive. |

Just be aware (and this is very important) that the courts will invalidate your processing if you don't have probable cause to Topaz!

... the opiate painkiller only works 50% of the time I need it. Thanks Bear, I am standing in front of the mirror to two-pax myself, say 'Start!"
Postponed. The government, as do I, do not have the resources to do anything right now, the waiting list is long! This is going to be mama of expensive procedure. They, as I, can not even renew my membership.
I will go to Hospital on January the 20th to be operated on the 24th. The panel of physicians I saw (surgeon, oncologist, re constructive plastic surgeon, orthopedic surgeon and professor) all from the University University of Cape Town, said it is an operation to be well planned and executed. The whole of my left side, ie my flank, as well as the right-back ribcage, to be removed because of the cancer, will be replaced by a 'gauss'.
I hope it is titanium and not tin, plastic or copper. I'd much rather be the Titanium Man. I saw what happened to Tin Men.

And this is you after you get your new titanium body...
Assuming you get yourself chrome-plated while you're at it.
Good luck to you, Doc. I am keeping you in my prayers. Keep us posted and let me know if there's anything I can do to cheer you up. |

Good luck on the surgery PJ. If they used aluminum I guess you'd pronounce it "Al" "u" "min" "e" "mmmm". How in the world would you pronounce titanium?
Good luck on flying into the US after the surgery. I suspect they'll want to see more than your shoes off. And if they see you on the x-ray, you're Guantanamo bound for sure. :) |

Art, I may need a banner. If I now pass through the metal detector at any airport it squeals, just because of a bunch of staples from my 1991 surgery.
Now imagine I pass the detector after my becoming the titanium man... "DOWN!DOWN-DOWN" weapons drawn, passengers peeing in their pants.... Airport staff are so sensitive these days so when I, The Titanium Man, drives that metal detector to full orgasm, I may need an ART Special Banner to flap around as I get slammed to the ground, bitten by the security dogs and spit upon as the idiots with guns and wires coming of their ears manhandle me, fat panicking passengers tripping over me etc etc.. |
